AFFILIATE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before participatingin the Olympus Research Affiliate Program.
01. Program Overview
The Olympus Research Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by referring qualifying customers through an assigned affiliate link or coupon code. Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these Affiliate Terms & Conditions and all applicable Olympus Research policies.
02. Eligibility
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Olympus Research reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
03. Commissions
Affiliates may earn commissions on eligible purchases properly tracked through their affiliate link or approved coupon code. Commission rates, payout thresholds, payment schedules, and eligible transactions are displayed within the affiliate dashboard and may be updated from time to time.
04. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates must promote Olympus Research accurately, professionally, and in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies. Affiliates may not make false or misleading claims, represent products as intended for human use, make medical or therapeutic claims, use spam, impersonate Olympus Research, or engage in deceptive advertising practices.
05. Compliance / Disclosure
Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Olympus Research whenever promoting affiliate links, coupon codes, or products. Disclosures must be clear, conspicuous, and comply with applicable advertising laws, including FTC endorsement and testimonial requirements.
06. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not manipulate tracking systems, create fraudulent referrals, submit unauthorized orders, distribute misleading coupons, misuse Olympus Research intellectual property, engage in trademark bidding without permission, or participate in any activity that could harm the reputation, operations, or customers of Olympus Research.
07. Termination
Olympus Research reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time, with or without cause and with or without prior notice, subject to applicable law. Upon termination, the affiliate must immediately discontinue use of affiliate links, promotional materials, trademarks, and other Olympus Research intellectual property. Commissions associated with fraud, prohibited activity, invalid transactions, chargebacks, refunds, or violations of these Terms may be denied or reversed where permitted by law.
08. Data & Privacy
Affiliates must protect any personal or customer information they receive and comply with applicable privacy and data-protection laws. Affiliates may not collect, sell, disclose, or misuse customer information obtained through participation in the affiliate program.
09. Limitation / Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Olympus Research will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program. Olympus Research does not guarantee any specific amount of traffic, sales, commissions, or earnings.
10. Modifications
Olympus Research may modify these Affiliate Terms & Conditions, commission structures, promotional requirements, or other program rules from time to time. Updated terms will become effective when posted or otherwise communicated to affiliates. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, where permitted by applicable law.
